VERY SATISFIED

Just bought a new house and we knew good and well that the AC unit was 17 years old. "Runs fine" we were assured by the previous owner. Not even 2 weeks the thing broke, beyond repair. In a pinch financially and given that it's 80° almost year round in FL we needed someone ASAP. Doug explained everything in detail and offered a great price. His two techs were out within a day and had the job finished. The techs Tori and Moocha were awesome. Super friendly, polite, and tidy. They cleaned up and even painted! Very satisfied with the service I received.

The Service tech showed up on time and trouble shooted the issues with my 2 ton spit system. Austin was excellent in explaining all the issues with my AC system.This company is very courteous and aims to please their customer base. They truly believe in total customer satisfaction!!
