Requirements for Employment
The job requirements for a career with Air Pros will vary depending on the role. Below are the general requirements for any HVAC Installer or Technician that joins our team:
- Ability to pass a background and drug test.
- Must possess an HVAC contractor license.
- Must be able to install , maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers.
- Must be able to diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC units.
- Must be detail-oriented and committed to completing the job correctly.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable with computer systems.
- Must be able to demonstrate punctuality, promptness, and professionalism with our customers and other team members.
