All Blue Star staff were retained, and the ten trucks will all be rebranded under the Air Pros name. Eric Villarreal, who owned Blue Star has agreed to remain as Regional Manager to run the Dallas-based operations. As part of the acquisition, Air Pros has agreed to honor all manufacturer warranties and guarantees under the Blue Star entity. Any extended warranties will be handled on a case by case basis.
