All employees were retained, and the five trucks will all be rebranded under the Air Pros name. Randy Chappell, who owned Climate Solutions has agreed to remain as Regional Manager to run the Colorado Springs-based operation. As part of the acquisition, Air Pros has agreed to honor all manufacturer warranties and guarantees made under the Climate Solutions entity. Any extended warranties will be handled on a case by case basis.
