All employees were retained, and the fleet will all be rebranded under the Air Pros name. Jose Anon, who owned Promaster Air Conditioning has agreed to remain as Regional Manager to run the Coral Springs based operation. As part of the acquisition, Air Pros has agreed to honor all manufacturer warranties and guarantees made under the Promaster entity. Any extended warranties will be handled on a case by case basis.
