- Inspection of the system's components inside and outside, including system pressure, amps and components
- Basic cleaning of condenser coil (outside coil only)
- Basic drain line flush, with air or vacuum (does not include unclogging of drains)
MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS INCLUDE:
- Two HVAC maintenance inspections per year
- Discounted dispatch fee for service calls - $59 dispatch fee
- Replacement of air filter if available - air filter not provided
