Discounted dispatch fee for service calls-$59 dispatch fee.

Replacement of air filter if available - air filter not provided.

Maintenance Inspections
Include:

Inspection of the system's inside and outside; including system pressure, amps and components

Basic cleaning of unit.

Basic cleaning of condenser coil. (outside coil only)

Basic drain line flush, with air or vacuum (does not include unclogging of drains)

Terms:

May cancel anytime, any services or discounts received will be required to be paid in full at time of cancellation if the membership payments have not exceeded the costs of the benefits provided. This membership plan applies to one HVAC unit. Maintenance on additional units is extra.
