Condenser Unit
The central air conditioner system includes the condenser unit attached to the outside wall of home. It ultimately expels warm air from inside the home to the outside. The condenser is situated about 12 inches from the wall and outside disconnect box, making it easily accessible for service technicians and HVAC teams.
Condenser Operations
It consists of the condenser coil; the compressor and the condenser fan motor are all essential elements in the heat exchange process which allows a cooler indoor environment. The condensing unit is also connected to a nearby disconnect box which contains fuses, relays and electrical circuitry.
Condenser units are notorious for faltering once leaves, dirt and debris collect and accumulate around its exterior. This restricts the dissipation of heat and consequently maintaining a cool, comfortable home.
